I have worked in fine dining restaurants and as a personal chef for high-profile clients such as Jennifer Lopez, Mike Shinoda, and Jerry Seinfeld. I also founded and ran a nationally recognized catering company for over 15 years. Now I love creating custom menus for dining experiences for clients all over the Emerald Coast of Florida.

I believe I represent a global version of Creole Cuisine. I blend all the flavors of my travels into a simple yet refined melody of flavors.
I am passionate about using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and incorporating international flavors and techniques into my dishes. I believe that food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories, nourishing the soul as well as the body. I also truly believe it is the greatest gift to give to someone.
